AutoInventory determines the actual stock and consumption of materials using digital, maintenance-free vibrating wire scales. Based on this, the system calculates the effective demand and places orders automatically, taking into account order cycles, weekends and public holidays. Bottlenecks are a thing of the past, because AutoInventory knows which goods are needed earlier or in larger quantities in the run-up to public holidays or periods of increased demand. The demand is transmitted to the merchandise management system without media discontinuity, so that you always have exactly the materials you need on site.

It's as simple as this:
1. Nursing staff take the items from the ward room or storeroom. The items do not need to be scanned or searched for. AutoInventory measures the stock and reports consumption – the material is automatically written off.
2. Items managed with AutoInventory are automatically managed thanks to precision scales directly in the ward room or in the central warehouse. AutoInventory recognises, measures and derives consumption from the current inventory. No inventory necessary, inventory and consumption can be viewed live at all times.
3. If the item falls below a predefined quantity, orders are automatically transmitted to the merchandise management system via an interface. Consumption, order cycles, weekends and public holidays are taken into account when ordering.
4. The items are replenished in the required quantity at the correct storage location by logistics. The new inventory is automatically updated and the corresponding order is automatically completed.

ScanInventory - Minimal investment costs
The scanner-based management solution – either for simple requirements (classic module management) or for special processes, such as consignment goods in the operating theatre, etc. Simply pick up the scanner or smartphone and the items are managed in a guided, adaptive process that adapts to your needs. When calculating the replenishment quantity, the system takes into account the dynamic order parameters for all products and suggests the required quantity.
